About The Integration
Biffco Pay processes card, wallet and bank payments for online checkouts and point-of-sale terminals in more than thirty countries. With the Cortexa integration every payout is matched to the underlying orders as it lands, processing fees are split out into their own line automatically, and your cash forecast includes money that has been captured but is still in transit, so nobody is surprised by the timing of a settlement.

How To Connect This
In Cortexa go to Integrations, choose Biffco Pay and paste a restricted API key generated in your Biffco dashboard. Select which Biffco accounts to import and where payouts should be booked, then confirm. Historical payouts are imported for the current financial year during the first run.
Get Support
Payout matching runs automatically after every settlement.
Processing fees are booked to the expense account you choose, with the rate visible on each line.
Refunds and disputes are tracked as separate lines.
Failed webhooks are retried for seventy-two hours before alerting you.
Email support with a four-hour first response.

What Syncs Automatically
Payouts, fees, refunds and chargebacks arrive as individual lines with the customer and order references attached, so reconciling a settlement against the orders behind it becomes a review of a matched list rather than a hunt through two exports.
Multi-currency settlements carry the exchange rate Biffco applied at the moment of conversion, and pending settlements appear in the Cortexa cash forecast the day they are captured, so treasury sees the money before it reaches the bank.
Why Revenue Teams Rely On It
Connecting Biffco Pay removes the weekly spreadsheet that used to reconcile payouts against orders by hand.
Revenue teams also gain a live view of pending settlements inside the Cortexa forecast, which changes how they plan the week: instead of waiting for money to clear before committing to a supplier payment, they can see exactly what is arriving and when. For businesses with thin margins on high volume, that visibility is often worth more than the time saved on reconciliation.
